Love on the Menu

On waking, drink a cup of hot water and lemon.

Breakfast
Exotic fruit salad with passion fruit, pomegranate, mango and goji berries

Mid-morning snack
Veggie juice of celery, beetroot, cucumber, carrots and a small piece of ginger

Lunch
Baked vegetables and quinoa

Mid-afternoon snack
Handful of pumpkin seeds and a couple of Brazil nuts

Dinner
Steamed sea bass with lemon and asparagus

Evening snack
A couple of figs

Dates rolled in carob powder or cacao bits (find them in health-food shops)
