Torn between two men
The stress of planning our wedding has been causing rows with my fiancé. So, to calm down we went on holiday. While we were there my man made friends with a waiter, and introduced him to me, so at the end of the holiday I took his email address and we've exchanged messages But then I had an online chat with him where he admitted to falling in love with me - and I feel the same! He doesn't want me to leave my fiancé, but I really do love them both.

No, actually, you don't really love both these men. Love only comes when you know someone deeply, and is only present when you show loyalty. You certainly don't love the waiter, who you've only met a few times and who you don't know at all. You possibly don't love your fiancé if you can so easily change your mind about marrying him.
I know the wedding is putting you under stress. But you are making decisions here purely on emotion - and not the deep, rock-solid, type of emotion that means you commit yourself to someone for life and carry through that commitment. You are making decisions purely based on the needy type of passion that makes you want to be with a man just because he says he cares for you.
My advice would be to cancel or at least postpone your wedding - it's not fair on your fiancé to go ahead when your emotions are so flexible. I have no idea whether, you would then want to be with your waiter - but if you do, take your time; get to know this man and his culture before you take any irrevocable steps such as marriage or pregnancy.
You need to learn a lot more about yourself before you will be ready to make a serious commitment to anyone.
